Return Policy

1. REFUNDS

Refunds are available to customers within 3 days of product delivery. In order to receive a refund, the following conditions must be met:

- Product(s) must be unused and not damaged.

If the listed conditions are not met, K & K Kollection reserves the right to refuse a refund.

2. RETURNS

To initiate a return, please contact customer service by e-mail at kkbooutique@gmail.com. Customers are responsible to pay for their own return shipping unless there was a mistake on our part.

Once return has been approved a return address will be sent to you.
